Here are some important things to keep in mind:
* Out of respect to all the participants, please show up to the call on time.
* If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the call.
* Please stay on the call for the entire duration of the session.
* Please be in a room that is free of distractions, preferably your bedroom or quiet space;
Please inform your housemates in advance to give you your privacy, without disturbance.
* Please have a glass of drinking water ready within arm's reach for after your session.
* Please have a comfortable pillow or blanket available to you during your session, if you 
need it.
* Once again, please arrive to your session on time and no later than 10 minutes late, 
otherwise you will be excluded from the call.
