However, take a stroll with me as I explain to you how it means so much more. To me, it actually harkens the same feeling tone as the yogic saying Namaste which means “the Light in Me Honors the Light in You.” So actually, “Mahal Kita” can actually translate as “the Love In Me Honors the Love in You.”
These are the magic words that two beloveds speak into each others eyes in harmonious union, that a mother and father share with their children and guide them to know - modeling it to them with patience and kindness, that childhood best friends say to each other as they play under the sun and utter again years later when they part ways for a long adventure to new lands, that a student says to her beloved teacher who has illuminated the path for her soul’s remembering, and that a community says to their elders who are ready to transition into the next stage of their life experience. This is the essence of Mahal (Love) Attunements - it is about attuning one’s consciousness - with sincere deep gratitude, compassion, and recognition - to the idea and true reality that each one of us is literally the embodiment and full expression of Love.
Over the past month alone, I’ve had amazing opportunities to share Mahal (Love) Attunements, a "new" energy healing experience that I've been actively sharing since 2013, with people in my community and with family members who I have not seen in years. Each time I share the Mahal (Love) Attunement I’m reminded of the awe-mazing beauty that each of us possesses Within. While some awaken after our Mahal (Love) Attunement session full of bright energy and joy, others awaken fully relaxed having discovered a new form of peace within themselves that ever so gently and with such subtleness breezes over them like a salve of cool Tenderness that can only be described as Love. And yes - the experience and feeling of Mahal comes full circle, strumming my heart ~ which so sweetly reminds me of how powerful Love is, whether we can fully understand it or not, Love is working every time.
